Our recurring orders are SUPER Flexible and its never been easier to change and adapt your recurring order to your needs.
CAN I CHANGE MY RECURRING ORDER?
All changes to orders must be done by Tuesday the week of the scheduled delivery. This can be done through email to email@example.com or by logging in to your account and altering your recurring order. Farm Folk is flexible with temporary changes to order subscriptions for reasons such as skipping a week of delivery to go on Holidays or a change of address but these changes must be made prior to the order cut off time for your desired delivery day.
CAN I CANCEL MY RECURRING ORDERS?
Canceling your recurring order must be done by the order cut off time for your desired delivery day & can be done by completing the “Cancel My Order” section of the My Account section on the website.
when will my payments be processed?
When you select a recurring order your payments will automatically be processed on the order cut off day for your delivery day on the week of the scheduled delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have the required recurring amount available in the subscribed account. Failure to pay will result in failure to deliver the recurring order.
